Strategy: For new factory, products and projects, Millison refuses those high polluting, high energy-consuming resource equipment and pursues green ecology and eco-friendly.
Purchasing: Millison never buys or produces those materials which do not conform to environmental standards.
Systems: Millison tends to manage and improve the occupational health and environment by ISO14001 and ISO18001.
Education: With the improvement of the idea of “environmental protection”, energy conservation and emission reduction, Millison tries to change employees’ bad habits and behaviors.
Environmental protection: Millison decides that pollution treatment facilities must be designed, founded and put into use with the XiangYang factory construction simultaneously for environmental protection. Therefore, Millison has invested heavily in sewage, waste gas and fixed pollutants treatment station, as well as managed and checked by special employees.
Caring for Employees
Employee is the core for social responsibility. Millison always regards caring for employees as an important event and never stops doing it.
Training: The talent strategy is training employees until they are competent for their job through new staff training, internship programs and fixed project training.
Salary and welfare: Millison regularly adjusts salary and welfare in order to improve the quality of life, cohesive power as well as degree of satisfaction of employees. Since 2011, the wage increase rate keeps 12%-20% every year which satisfy employees so that dimission rate always keeps a low rate of 2-3%.
Campus recruitment: According to the company goals and the social responsibilities, every year, Millison will employ at least 50 students from universities for technology, management and operation work.
Caring for employees: Millison attaches great importance to employees’ thoughts. Every year, the CEO will personally train those college students in company culture and development strategy by himself. Besides, the CEO will hold a conversazione face to face with them to listen to advices and suggestions. In addition, Millison has a fixed employees’ day and employees’ mailbox to accept and solve staff complaints.

Relief in disaster areas: Millison offered donations of money and materials to Sichuan for each earthquake to express sympathy and contribute to reconstruction.
New rural construction: Millison funded the construction of rural highway in Yingshan County, Hubei, which aimed to help peasants be better off.
